What better place to live than Minnesota?  What better place to study than where you live? 

My research focuses upon the relations of labor, research, and resources with respect to value.  Rivers also figure prominently in my work. 

My dissertation will focus upon the unravelling of Minneapolis (via it's flour milling) as a "nature's metropolis" into a discourse of "research and development."
