Practicality

• I keep it simple, with the minimum of graphics because not everyone has access to a computer as fast as mine

• I assume that others, like me, get frustrated when waiting several minutes to access a web page containing complex graphics

• I am not an expert with web technology. The page contains the minimum of "hot" buttons and the like

• Many of the links have a finite life expectancy so I do not want to spend a great deal of time creating them

• The web is a very useful tool, but it is a tool and is only as good as the user
